Bad Beat Jackpot

The SunPoker Bad Beat Jack Pot will never drop below the minimum $2,500. Every morning at 12:00AM EST, the Jack Pot will increase by $150 per day.

Hand Qualification Criteria
In order to qualify for Jack Pot you must be playing at regular cash game tables in either Texas Hold’em, Omaha, 7 Card Stud or Omaha H/L.

Texas Hold’em
You will need four of a kind minimum Jacks or better beaten. Both hole cards must be utilized in the winning and losing hand

7 Card Stud, Omaha or Omaha H/L
Any four of a kind with a minimum Jacks or better beaten. At least two of the four cards are in the hole.

Prize Distribution:

1-2 Tables – 25% of the Bad Beat Jack Pot is awarded
2-4 Tables – 50% of the Bad Beat Jack Pot is awarded
3-6 Tables – 75% of the Bad Beat Jack Pot is awarded
5-10 Tables – 100% of the Bad Beat Jack Pot is awarded

50% will be awarded to the qualifying losing hand
25% will be awarded to the qualifying winning hand
25% will be awarded among all of the remaining players who are active at the table or participants in the hand when the cards were dealt.

Notification

Notification by at least one participating player must be received within two hours of the hand being played. If a player believes that they participated in a Bad Beat, the player must:

Email the hand number to customer support for review by the Poker Room Manager. Poker Room Manager will review the Bad Beat and direct support staff to put funds into the winning players account within five business days.
